I am a Partner at Goldstein & Goldstein, a dedicated full-service personal injury law firm. I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. Most of my practice is focused on trial litigation for clients suffering from serious and catastrophic injuries. 

I represent clients injured in various accidents, handling cases involving car, truck, and Uber/Lyft accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, Workers’ Compensation, wrongful death, and more.

More Than a Career, a Destiny

My whole life, I watched my father, Richard Goldstein, Esq., help people who were injured, suffering, losing income, and feeling hopeless due to preventable accidents caused by others’ negligence. My father would help his clients access the resources they needed to rebuild their lives after a devastating injury. From a very early age, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps and do the same. 

One of the best aspects of being a personal injury litigator is having more direct interaction with clients than in many other areas of law, getting to know them truly, and building relationships. Nothing is more rewarding than watching clients heal, regain their confidence, be made whole again, and get their lives back on track. I am proud and grateful to have a small part in that every day.

My Approach to Working With Clients

Our clients come to us when their lives have been completely upended by an accident and injuries. They are suffering physically and financially, often unable to work, medical and other bills piling up, and unsure of what to do. It can be a frightening experience to be hurt by someone else and have your life completely derailed in a matter of seconds. Even worse, the majority of accidents our clients suffer are preventable.

We live personal injury law day in and day out. We understand the process and what to expect, and our clients often do not. We make ourselves available and accessible, answer their questions, and guide them through every step of the legal process. 

At the end of the day, it is all about helping people. We let clients know they have advocates, someone who will fight for them, help right the injustices, and recover the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives. Our clients are more than clients—they become family, and we do our very best to help them in any way we can.
