Our Family Has Given A Voice To The Injured For Over 50 Combined Years
Associate
I am a first-generation lawyer, handling complex personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and third-party Workers’ Compensation claims. As an immigrant who has faced hardship in my own life, I have a deep understanding of the challenges my community endures. This understanding provides a unique ability to empathize and advocate for my clients with unwavering commitment and determination.
“My resilience, strong sense of justice, and personal connection to the people I serve drive me to fight zealously for their rights. I don’t see cases – I see individuals who deserve fairness, dignity, and compensation for their pain and suffering.”
Righting the Wrongs
I prioritize consistent communication with clients to explain legal processes, answer questions, and provide updates on their case’s progress in English and Spanish. I take time to listen to clients’ concerns to ensure they feel heard, supported, and confident that they have a dedicated advocate in their corner.
My clients know that I am fully invested in seeking justice for the wrongs they have endured. I do not back down until I secure the compensation they deserve for their injuries and pain and suffering. I pride myself on providing honest and clear transparency to build trust and reassure clients that they are not fighting their legal battle alone.
Fighting the Good Fight
My career in law is deeply rooted in my personal experiences immigrating to the United States from my home country of Peru. I witnessed hardships and injustice both in my home country and in the U.S., especially among immigrants and low-income individuals. Witnessing these injustices firsthand fueled my determination to break the mold and be an asset to my community as a lawyer.
“As a first-generation lawyer, I wanted to be the advocate that people like me often lack – someone who understands their struggles, fights tirelessly for their rights, and ensures they receive the justice they deserve.”
